Open Tools > Scheduling at /platform/settings/calendar. This older address redirects there. Connect your calendar, review meeting owners and team links, and expand Your booking links and appointments. Management access controls team setup and routing. Staff also have Meeting Instructions and Booking calendars.

Open Scheduling
Visiting /platform/settings/scheduling redirects to /platform/settings/calendar. Open Tools > Scheduling, then use Connect my calendar or the owner and team rows. Expand Your booking links and appointments for personal links and Upcoming bookings. Staff can also open Meeting Instructions and Booking calendars.
